New Business Style Guide

Project Focus:

Objective:

New Business, a pivotal department within Ace, focuses on engaging prospective Ace Store owners. When tasked with reimagining their annual Convention identity, the New Business team sought to invigorate their brand presence. Collaboratively, we identified key visual elements – including color schemes, designs, and logos – to enhance brand recognition and resonance among consumers. Subsequently, we seamlessly integrated these revitalized elements into the diverse range of collateral required for the Convention.


Fonts

Fonts have been selected for their simplicity, boldness, and adherence to brand standards. Our standard price treatment remains the same throughout the quarter.

 

Photography

By separating the foreground and background of photos and allowing graphic elements to go between the two, we create additional depth and interest throughout the frame. Occasionally a subtle drop shadow behind the foreground layer can push this even further.


Banners

Full-wrap Banner

Used primarily on cover pages, this banner wraps around both sides of an element on the page (a photo or a graphic box). 

Half-wrap Banner

Similar to the cover banner but only wrapping one side around the edge of another page element.

Header Banner

Extending off the side of the page, this banner draws attention while allowing flexibility of page format

Floating Box

Detached from all elements and centered on the page.
